This study examines the effects of transformational leadership, affective organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. employs explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this consisted all employees who had worked for civil consulting partnership company more than one year, total 1008 employees. Purposive sampling was used study. 285 samples. Surveys documentation were to collect data, instrument tested using Likert scale. data analyzed structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). results indicate that satisfaction, commitment can improve Additionally, leadership directly boost satisfaction.
